Sydney Kofiloto
Partner/Founder
Sydney holds a BA in Financial Service from the University of Greenwich and has spent his professional life in financial services working with a number of high profile clients over the last 15 years. He commands an extensive and international network of investors and funds. Sydney’s finance career began as an analyst with Bordier & Cie a discretionary boutique asset manager in London. He then joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Portfolio Officer thereafter spending several years at HSBC Global Asset Management on their wholesale marketing platform and worked on the charity desk at Newton Investment Management. Sydney then spent a number of years working with Royal London Asset Management, managing IFA relationships and recently Bespoke-Family Offices managing the Private Equity and Real Estate desk.
Fuad Kazimov
Investor Relations Manager
Fuad is a finance professional bringing 15 years transaction expertise in private placement, wealth management, leverage finance project finance and asset finance. His career began in treasury operations with Intel Corporation before he moved onto Private Wealth Management with Barclays Bank International in London. He built a portfolio of HNWIs and Family Offices who were interested in LBOs and investment banking solutions. Since 2013 Fuad has worked in a number of Private Equity placement roles and drove capital raising initiatives for several institutional and private clients. He has originated, structured and negotiated various types of private placement deals in technology, aviation and real estate that were distributed to clients across Europe, Asia and North America. Fuad completed undergraduate and postgraduate studies in London where he is currently based. Fuad speaks Russian and Turkish languages and has a keen interest in reading, travelling, sailing and rowing.
Mohamed Mughal
Middle East Advisory Partner
Mohamed worked for JP Morgan for 9 years on both the buy and sell side of their business and managed assets in excess of USD 1 Billion. Mohamed holds a BSc. from Imperial College at Wye, University of London.
Jeffray Tsai
Investment Associate
Jeff has been expanding his expertise in private investment and funds over the past few years. His main focuses include infrastructure, healthcare, technology, and commercial real estate. Jeff also has an interest in data analytics, holding many skills that are relevant to the data-driven world. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics – Statistics and Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance. Jeff speaks English and Mandarin Chinese and is currently learning German. His interests include technology, travelling, food and music.
